About Me
There's only good times and better stories!
I can honestly say that I’ve never said, “When I grow up I want to be a Dominatrix, and sing and tell my swinging stories to other swingers!”
No, it just didn’t work that way.
I’ve always written silly songs – ever since I began taking piano lessions at the age of four. I’ve wasn’t always rewarded for this creative beahvior – I had eight different piano teachers by the time I hit high school. But somehow, I found a few teachesr and professors along the way that encouraged my creativity and found a way for me to graduate with a B.A. in Music and Business.

After college I sold clocks for a few years. Then I met a man who would beome my husband in 1997, and we moved to Florida. Unable to find a job, much less one in music, I started my own promotional products company which did well.
But I longed for “something.”

When offered a role in the community theater production, I realized that “Something” was performing, and I found my way to the comedy club in the fall of 2002. I began doing open mics, and quickly worked my way up to feature. By 2007 I was a headliner.

In January 2009, my first gig of the year was at Caliente Resort – a clothing optional resort in Land O Lakes, FL. I had a great show and became a Caliente favorite. I was performing there every six to eight weeks! A few months later, I had a comedy show fall through, and I asked my husband if he’d like to spend the weekend at Caliente. We did, and we loved it.

A few months later, we vacationed at Desire in Cancun, Mexico, and we loved that too! As we found ourselves deeper in this new lifestyle – my comedy followed. I found myself writing about my new experiences, but I couldn’t perform the material in traditional comedy clubs because “the audience wouldn’t understand.”

So I took the new material and brought it to swings, nudists, and BDSMers as The Dominatrix of Ditties.
Since then, I’ve performed all over the world at lifestyle conventions, cruises, swing clubs, and group events. Pointing out the funny things that just happened in the lifestyle, always promoting the fun we all share.

In January 2015, my husband and I separated. A week later, I found my mother unconscious and ended up becoming her full-time care-giver. The next 3 years were horrible, but brought more comedy material than I ever could've hoped for. With my divorce final and my mother passing, I needed some time to pick up the pieces of my broken life and figure out who I was all over again.

In 2018, I met a wonderful man many of you know as "Committed Boyfriend Doug" who frequently accompanies me wherever I go. We met on OKCupid. He was familiar with the swinging lifestyle but longed for a life partner like I did. Together, we are tip-toeing are way through the lifestyle again...as newbie swingers.
